Family house in the Central of Rototuna

Nice place and good setup, handy location for purpose of visit Positive: Good location. Nice place, great having ensuites in both main bedrooms, big beds, internal access garage was handy along with electric roller door Negative: Aircon/heat pump wasn't working and was muggy/warm weather. Could've used a good clean particularly dust and cobwebs around parts of ceilings

Positive: The space, and size was what we needed for our stay Negative: On arrival we notice it was very tight to get 2 vehicles on site. Luckily I brought coffee, sugar and tea, as thier was very little sugar, a combination of white and brown sugar sat in the bottom of the jar, and the coffee was set hard. I quickly noticed dirt and cobwebs in the living area and kitchen, so went on to put our bags away and in one of the bathrooms notice black hair on the bathroom floor even the air freshener provided was missing the button ontop so couldn't be used. Their was no wifi user name or password word provided and the TV had power but nit set up to use, as there was no service. We couldn't open the sliding door off the dining room to outside. The list goes on. For the price we paid, I wasn't satisfied

The bedrooms all needed fans but only 1 available Positive: Close to town Very quiet Negative: Kids couldn’t watch the tv

Lovely short stay, highly recommend Positive: Super close to Rototuna shopping centre. Beds were so comfy as were the pillow. Really nice, clean home. We enjoyed our stay. Negative: It was pretty cold that night maybe a spare blanket for all the rooms. We used the blanket in the room with the single beds. If there were more of us, someone sleeping in the single room would probably be cold unless there were electric blankets on that bed, didn't check.

Fantastic location would love to stay again if problem areas are fixed Positive: Fantastic location and the house set up was excellent for 6 people .Friendly neighbours who offered fruit from their trees. Negative: The beds were really hard but clean,but the cleaner needs to do better there were cobwebs above range hood and behind the doors and the range hood is really dirty and the bathroom fans are clogged up with dust. It is a shame as the house is a really good set up. Also we booked for 6 days for 6 people and only had 1 tea towel and 1/2 a toilet roll in each bathroom. Also no plug for kitchen sink as cleaner has left a broken one in kitchen cupboard with out replacing.
